A: The people that surround me every day are my inspiration; also, nature inspires me–taking a quick walk on a trail helps me reset and come up with fresh ideas.
My favorite quote is from Maya Angelou: “If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude."

A: Spending time with my husband and pup, training for and competing in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, rare finds on Netflix and long walks.
